The Rise of HR Outsourcing

Outsourcing is a concept embraced by almost all organisations, regardless of size. Directors and Executives understand that they can leverage their business by outsourcing functions which require particular expertise and experience that are not available within their business. It has become commonplace for organisations to outsource functions such as IT, accounting and legal, thus freeing up internal resources to focus on the organisation’s core activities.

Recent research has found that organisations across Asia Pacific are now focusing on outsourcing as a way of addressing human capital challenges.
